Solarize Magnolia’s final project is the El Pana Vista Apartments! Located at 3242 21st Ave W in Seattle, owner Doug Dundas decided to go green and is taking his tenants with him. Puget Sound Solar did the installation for the 9-unit building using (24) 195 watt ultra-durable modules from Silicon Energy manufactured in Marysville, Washington. Our first installation at an apartment complex, it’s a milestone that we hope becomes a trend. We applaud Doug for leaping ahead of the landlord-pack and recognizing the sense – and cents – in investing in our community’s renewable and sustainable future.
