It’s Earth Week (Month, Year) and you know what that means…The Northwest Green Home Tour! There are many excellent examples of green homes on the tour this year and the guide is easy to navigate, so set aside some time this Saturday, April 27th, 11 am – 5 pm, and take the tour in your area, or take in the whole tour, if you like.
The Puget Sound Solar ‘laboratory’ will be on the Tour as usual, and this year we have the last 12 months of detailed solar energy and energy usage data to show you, in addition to our edible landscape, chicken coop, rainwater harvesting, electric vehicles, and 105-year-old home that has been restored using period materials purchased at our local salvage houses. Come on over and check it out!
