The Northwest Green Home Tour is bigger and better than ever this year, now TWO days, with some awesome homes to visit at 47 sites in North, Central, and South Seattle, as well as on the Eastside, April 25th & 26th, from 11am to 5pm.

Puget Sound Solar has three homes on the Sunday tour in Ballard and Phinney Ridge, and will be talking solar at Limelite Development’s Ferdinand Four on Saturday:

Start with our 107-year-old net zero home. With over 60 sustainable features there is something for anyone who is considering building or remodeling a home.  Jeremy and Pam will be your tour guides; if you have been here before, you will want to stop by to see what’s new!

Do visit the Herndon’s House that produces energy and lots of water, and has dozens of efficiency upgrades and some very inventive goodies.

To see high performance construction up close, go to Dwell Development’s 100th home, Junction 61, a new home built to Passive House standards.  If you are building a new home you must check this one out.

Come celebrate Earth Week with us this weekend on the Tour!
