This year the Northwest Green Home Tour, May 4th and 5th, 11am – 5 pm, has a number of cool sites in Seattle, and our home is on the tour again so we can share what we know about creating a net-zero home from a 100-year-old Seattle house. We also have rain water catchment, city chickens, composting, edible landscaping, and reclaimed building material usage, as well as solar hot water, solar electric, battery storage, EV charging and air-to-water heat pump space heating. Plan on touring the other homes in the north end, there is lots to see. See you there!
